Mr Rabbit - Dog Portrait

**Update - this portrait of the cutest of rescue dogs is now finished! Commissions always take priority and I am very pleased to have finished this painting. During these exceptional times this commission has the record for taking the longest. Luckily my client was very understanding :)  **

This little rescue dog has been on my easel like this since the 'lockdown'! It is so frustratingly close to being finished, but I have had to leave it to take the 'Stay Home' advice to protect myself and others during the COVID-19 pandemic while it runs its course.

This cute little dog lives in the neighbourhood of my studio and my client is of course very understanding in the extraordinary situation we find ourselves. The finishing of a painting cannot be rushed and it will take me some hours to get back into this and make any adjustments necessary. Tthen sign and varnish it and finally hand it over to my patient client, whenever that will be...

If you are interested in having a portrait painted of your dog please get in touch by clicking the contact tab in the menu. While in Lockdown we can still discuss and look at your photographs by email.
